- Receive and retain your booking confirmation.
B. Long-term rentals
Long-term rentals are intended for people seeking residential or other accommodation over an extended period.
Before committing, confirm:
- Monthly or annual rental price.
- Lease duration and start date.
- Advance rent requirements.
- Security deposit and refund conditions.
- Agent commission, if applicable.
- Utility charges and other recurring costs.
