List your property on POM and connect with people looking for accommodation.
POM is designed to help property owners present their properties more effectively and manage the information prospective tenants need.
A. Who can become a host?
- Individual property owners.
- Authorised representatives of property owners.
- Property management companies.
- Other parties legally authorised to advertise accommodation.
Agents should register through the designated agent process where applicable.
B. How to list your property
Step 1 — Create your account
Register and provide the information requested by POM.
Step 2 — Submit property details
Provide the property address or location, rental type, room details, facilities, photographs, price and availability.
Step 3 — Complete verification
Submit the supporting information requested to establish your identity and authority to list the property.
Step 4 — Review your listing
Check the accuracy of the information, house rules, charges and availability.
Step 5 — Publish
Your listing becomes visible once it meets POM’s publication requirements and receives any required approval.
Step 6 — Manage enquiries and bookings
Respond to prospective tenants, keep availability updated and honour confirmed arrangements.
C. Host responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property information.
- Ensuring they have the right to advertise the property.
- Disclosing material defects, restrictions and additional charges.
- Maintaining the property in an appropriate and safe condition.
- Respecting confirmed bookings and signed agreements.
- Communicating changes promptly.
- Complying with applicable laws and POM policies.
D. Proposed host fees
The following is an initial pricing model for discussion, not an approved tariff.
